What people ask first
Do we need to be "ready" for AI first?
No. Finding out what you're ready for is the point of the roadmap. Most teams already have the raw material: emails, spreadsheets, an ERP or order system, and people who know where the time goes.
Will you build the first project?
The roadmap scopes it so anyone can build it, such as your IT partner or a vendor. If you'd like our help, ask after the readout and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. You're never locked in.
How much of our team's time does it take?
About half a day, spread across the team: 90 minutes with whoever owns the operation, a questionnaire of 30 to 45 minutes for each of two or three people close to the work, and a 60-minute video readout. Our side is the rest of the two weeks.
What happens to the files we send?
You choose the files, and we never ask for passwords or network access. Before you send anything, the written scope names every AI service that will read them and the data policy it works under. We keep our copies on our own computer and delete them when you ask or 30 days after delivery; the AI service keeps what it reads under its own policy, which we give you in writing first. We don't take payroll, medical or injury files.
Is this done with AI?
Yes, and we say so up front. AI models do much of the research and drafting, which is how a fixed two-week turnaround is possible. A person leads every conversation with you and is responsible for what we deliver.
How does this relate to your camera studies?
Same team, same approach: evidence first. Sometimes a roadmap finds a question only footage can answer, and sometimes a camera study turns up desk work AI could take on. Each is priced on its own, and you never need one to buy the other.
