Last updated 4 October 2026. This page covers two things: how we handle the camera footage a client shares for a study, and what this website collects.
Camera footage (studies)
- What we measure. The movement of trucks, trailers, pallets, forklifts and other equipment: counts, wait times, queues, utilisation. We do not identify people, track individuals by name or appearance, or score anyone's work.
- No face recognition, ever. Faces, licence plates and badges are blurred in any image or clip we keep or put in a report.
- No audio. Sound tracks are removed when footage arrives and never listened to or analysed.
- Export only. Your team exports clips and hands them to us. We never connect to your network, recorder or cameras.
- Where it is processed. Detection and tracking run on our own computer. We do not upload your footage to video-sharing or cloud video-analytics services.
- How long we keep it. Raw footage is deleted 30 days after we deliver the study, or sooner if you ask. The report and the anonymous event tables behind its numbers are kept so we can answer questions about them; ask and we'll delete those too.
- Who sees it. Only the people working on your study. We never sell or share footage, and we never use it in marketing without your written permission.
This website
- Contact form and email. When you write to us we receive what you type (name, company, email, phone if given, site town and message). We use it only to reply and to discuss your site. No newsletters, no list sharing, no selling.
- No tracking. No analytics scripts, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels. Fonts and files are served from this site, not from third parties.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
- Your choices. Ask us to correct or delete anything you sent: write to hello@veridicalinsights.com.

If we write to you first, it is a short, personal note about your site, sent from this domain with our postal address. Reply "unsubscribe" and we won't email you again.
